page, we offer this program to help professionals who need help, especially during trying times. Please note that we offer other discounts to special groups of professionals, so please use this program only as last resort.
Participants should estimate the cost of training based on the standard rate (not discounted rate). Then determine how much you can afford and how much you wish to offset. As a rough rule of thumb, we internally use $15-25 per hour to approximate the value of offsetting, depending on which course and your qualifications. Naturally, the more fee you request to offset, the exchange effort will be greater.
There are two steps to the process: a) this application - please be as comprehensive as possible, and b) real-time meeting with us. Final decisions may be only days away from the start of the program and thus you will have only 24 hours to respond. Attendance at that point will be mandatory, or you will no longer qualify for the program.
We will evaluate your application based on a) participant justification; b) participant proposal; c) our needs; d) our finances; and e) real-time meeting. Participation in this program is competitive, and we may approve parts or all of your requests. In some cases, we may suggest alternatives that what you requested.
Once approved, we will work with you to develop an agreed activities and plan. The conduct of these activities are based on "handshake" - good faith, mutual respect and professionalism.
